Welcome to Family Life Wisdom. By using familylifewisdom.com or purchasing The Master Class on Modern Parenting or another Family Life Wisdom product, you agree to these Terms. The website, courses, and digital materials are provided by Family Life Wisdom (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Personal-use license

Your purchase provides a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course videos, guides, transcripts, journal, and related materials for your own non-commercial use. Course materials and account access may not be copied, redistributed, resold, publicly posted, or shared with others.

Course access

“Lifetime access” means access for as long as Family Life Wisdom continues to operate and support the applicable course and learning platform. It does not include unrelated future products unless specifically stated.

Payments and payment plans

Prices are shown at checkout in U.S. dollars and are processed by our payment providers. If you select a multi-payment plan, you authorize the scheduled payments shown at checkout. If a scheduled payment fails, course access may be paused until the account is brought current.

14-day money-back guarantee

Your purchase is protected by a 14-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, email support@familylifewisdom.com within 14 calendar days of purchase and include the email address used at checkout. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times are determined by the payment provider. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Educational purpose

Our products provide general educational information for parents and caregivers. They are not medical, psychological, developmental, diagnostic, therapeutic, or other professional advice. Please consult a qualified professional about concerns involving a child’s development, health, learning, or behavior.

Testimonials

Intellectual property

Course content, videos, text, downloads, graphics, and the Family Life Wisdom name and branding are owned by Family Life Wisdom or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Family Life Wisdom is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products. Our total liability for a claim relating to a purchased product will not exceed the amount paid for that product.

Governing law and updates

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
